Recent studies from China show growing evidence that TCM provides effective support for cancer patients, both during and after conventional treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy.
In developed countries, cancer patients are increasingly turning to complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) stands out for its well-established theoretical framework and structured treatment approaches, particularly in managing diseases like cancer.
This support operates through three main mechanisms:
(1) Improving tumor response and reducing the adverse effects of treatment.
(2) Modulating the immune system.
(3) Enhancing symptom management.
TCM approaches in cancer-supportive care has two strategies:
(1) improving life quality both physically and mentally.
(2) Prolong survival.
Anti-cancer Qigong exercise
Low oxygen levels in tissues are characteristic of cancer and often indicate aggressive growth. Many studies, including the 2019 Nobel Prize for Medicine, suggest cancer expands aggressively due to a lack of oxygen. Other studies suggest regular physical activity reduces cancer incidence, mortality, and tumour recurrence.
Anti-cancer Qigong exercise is a specially designed energy and breathing exercise to help increase oxygen and improve the immune in our body. Many cancer patients have gaven positive feedbacks.

I encourage everyone to spend at least 30 minutes every day doing this anti-cancer qigong exercise to prevent or anti cancer.
Supportive Cases have been seen:Lymphoma
My father, 77 years old, was diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in Dec 2023. Lymphomas were found in many parts of his body. In October 2024, the PET CT showed almost all the tumours gone after nine months of herbs and six sessions of Chemaltherapies. His doctor was surprised that he didn’t experience any side effects from the chemotherapy. He now carries on with herbs for further nourishment and antibiotic injections for preventing the recurring cancer. He enjoys his daily life and has not suffer from any symptoms.
Achieved aims of improving tumour response and reducing the adverse effects of treatment.
